Chauffeur Booking System is a powerful limo reservation for companies of all sizes. It can be used by both limo and shuttle operators. It provides a simple, step-by-step booking process with online payments, e-mail and sms notifications, WooCommerce and Google Calendar integration and an intuitive backend administration.

• 3 TYPES OF SERVICES / STEP-BASED NAVIGATION

  The plugin provides support for three types of services: Distance (Point-to-Point), Hourly, and Flat Rate. The user can choose to use all three services or select only the ones they need.

  The navigation in the plugin is based on a convenient step-by-step process, with the ability to return to already completed steps (it retains the information of previously filled-out forms).

• LIVE ROUTE PREVIEW / TOTAL DISTANCE, TOTAL TIME CALCULATION

  The plugin draws a route map and supports an unlimited number of intermediate points (stops). It also calculates the total distance and total time (including extra time and return time if applicable). In addition the plugin can calculate the distance between the base and the pickup/drop off location and add a fee to the total amount for the booking.

• BOOKING EXTRAS

  Add an unlimited number of add-ons that can be selected by the customer, such as a child seat, an alcohol package, or bodyguard service. Specify if an add-on can be ordered more than once, set the maximum number that can be ordered, and the price per single addition. Define the add-on as mandatory to select or not. Select for which services, vehicles, and transfer types this add-on should be available. You can also specify your custom tax rate.

• VEHICLES

  The Chauffeur Booking plugin allows you to define an unlimited number of vehicles and set a variety of parameters for each one, including vehicle name, description, type, location, make and model, passenger and baggage capacity, vehicle standard, vehicle owner, vehicle base location, and pricing rates. You can also create a gallery of images for each vehicle, and specify taxes and fees. Additionally, you can assign attributes to each vehicle and exclude specific dates when the vehicle is unavailable. With this comprehensive module, managing your vehicle inventory has never been easier.

• VEHICLE ATTRIBUTES

  With the vehicle attributes module, you have the ability to customize and categorize your vehicles by defining an unlimited number of attributes such as color, engine, etc. The module allows you to easily browse, add, edit, or delete these attributes and assign them to individual vehicles in their settings. You can select from three different attribute types: text value, single choice, or multi choice. The text value type is perfect for custom text inputs, while the single and multi choices options allow you to predefine values. This feature helps to make your vehicles’ information easily accessible and organized.

• DEFINE YOUR OWN ROUTES

  You can define your own routes. This is useful for specific business type like shuttle operators, airport transfers or city tours.

• AVAILABILITY

  This module allows you to manage business hours for each day of the week by setting start and end times and time ranges. You can also exclude dates from booking. You can define rules for managing vehicle availability, such as preventing vehicles from being double-booked at the same date and time. In addition you have ‘Availability Rules’ module where you can define the availability of any vehicle defined in the system, any booking extras, payment method, for given conditions.

  PRICES STRUCTURE

  The plugin allows you to define different types of prices:

  • Fixed price for a ride.
  • Fixed price for a return ride.
  • Fixed price for a return, a new ride.
  • Initial fee – value added to the order amount.
  • Initial fee for a return ride – value added to the order amount.
  • Initial fee for a return, a new ride – value added to the order amount.
  • Delivery fee – price per kilometer from the base to the customer’s pick-up location.
  • Delivery return fee – price per kilometer from customer’s drop-off location to the base.
